Years ago, I got inspired to take better care of myself and developed my passion for fitness and being in the gym. My passion for the gym, and for helping people improve their lives, led me to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer.
Becoming a personal trainer has allowed me to positively touch my clients' lives and I quickly gained several long-term clients who I've had the privilege of watching grow and become the best versions of themselves.
After working in other gyms, I decided to spread my reach to help as many people as possible wherever they may be. This led to starting Bobcat Strength & Fitness where we can work together and you can become Stronger Today...Fit For Life!
How does online training work?
We will meet virtually where you will learn how to do the movements in your program as well as discuss questions you have along the way. Our sessions will be a combination of teaching, discussion and looking ahead. We start with a movement assessment which will guide the development of your exercise program as well as discuss your nutrition goals to set the stage for your individualized plan.
I need to lose a lot of weight. How quickly can I expect changes to happen?
Change is not instant, as much as we might want it to be. With commitment and guidance, you will see positive changes over time through the guidance and encouragement we provide. This includes working to safely reduce how much we eat while using intense exercise to help our bodies use the extra fuel we have in our bodies to develop our muscles and improve the composition of our bodies.

Do I need a gym membership to do this?
No. Bobcat Strength & Fitness will design your program for home or gym; wherever you feel you will be most successful. A pair of adjustable dumbbells and a bench are all you need to get started. If you prefer working with bands and your bodyweight, we can get you going just as well!

Why strength training?
Strength, or resistance training, engages and helps our bodies in many ways including developing muscle and bone tissue, protecting our neurological capacities, burning a greater amount of energy (calories) and making our bodies more resilient overall. It is very adaptable for people at any level - beginner to advanced and can be done for a lifetime.

Why not just buy a program from a website?
While this is an option, it is often not your best option. Pre-made programs aren't able to take the details of each person's body into account. They don't know what your strengths and limitations are, your experience level, what equipment you have access to or the amount of time you have. With Bobcat Strength & Fitness, you'll receive a program tailored to help turn your limitations into strengths with the coaching and support you need to get the best out of every workout and diet plan.
